Distribution revolution - You cant afford to miss

Take Control of Your Life

We can’t do it all, so we do most things poorly—on a good day. And we’ve lived like this for so long that we don’t even realize how very far we are from reaching our potential!

Most times, we’re just reacting, as though we’re being jerked to and fro by some gigantic remote-control device. We’re trying desperately to keep one thing or other from crashing and burning. And we’re doing well just to make sure the kids are off to school wearing matching socks, and we don’t forget the big proposal on the kitchen table after working on it most of the night, and we’re getting most of our bills paid before they’re 30 days overdue.

Goal-setting? Forget about it. Attitude? Do you really want to know? Happiness? Come on!

And what about managing our money and taking control of our income? How’s that possible when we live paycheck to paycheck? As for our relationships—who would know? We hardly see each other or talk.

The signs of a life out of control may seem subtle: Your kids are growing up before your eyes, yet you hardly know them; you dread going to work at a job you’ve had for years; you want to say “no” before you even hear the question because saying “yes” means adding something to your plate.

Does any of this sound familiar? Is it normal to live a life out of control? Does it have to be?

The first step toward regaining control is examining your life and determining where you have problems. So take the self-assessment quiz that follows. Then read the insights offered by some of the best-respected experts and thought leaders.

You can change your attitude so you’re open to opportunities, so you feel it’s possible to chart your own course and drive your life forward. You can set goals—and you can reach them! Despite the economic chaos, you can take control of your income and start your own business. You can build wealth. You can reconnect with your family. And you can be happy.

QNET Infinite: Step Commission Explained

QNET recently introduced eight different ways to earn commissions and if you heard of QNET from a friend or stranger, then it is likely that you have been briefed on what the step commission is. If however you have never heard of it or you just require some clarification, this post is meant to give you a summary of some of the key features the new enhanced plan has to offer. Okay, let us get started. QNET's step commission utilises a balanced binary plan. A binary plan, if you do not know, is a compensation plan which allows distributors to have only two front-line distributors. If a distributor sponsors more than two distributors, the excess are placed at levels below the sponsoring distributors front-line. Distributors must ‘balance’ their two down-line legs to receive commissions, and in QNET's case, distributors are required to have a minimum of 500 BV's on either side of their down-line legs in order to recieve commissions. Commission payout is no longer based on the accumulation of commissionable unit volumes (CUV's), but rather the accumulation of business volumes (BV's). Each product offered by QNET now has a unique business volume. To recieve weekly commissions, distributors and their teams are required to accumulate a minimum of 3,000 BV's, and depending on rank may recieve USD 200 to USD 300 per week. NOTE: IR's must be qualified and activated in order to start earning step commissions. Depending on the size of a distributor's team they may aquire more than 3,000 BV's a week. It is for this reason that QNET now affords each distributor, depending on their rank, a maximum number of step commissions per tracking center. For example, if the distributor in new to the business, they are awarded a Bronze Star. The payout of this rank per step (accumulation of BV's) is USD 200. The maximum number of steps afforded to this distributor per week is 40. In this case, his/her maximum payout per week will be USD 6,800. Upon accumulation of 3,000 BV's in a step , on both sides of a downline leg, a new cycle begins. There are 6 commission steps in 1 cycle. The payout increases as rank advances. Steps 1 to 5 will be in monetary value. At step 6 of each cycle, the payout will be in eVouchers, which are equivalent to 10 eVoucher Points (EP). These points can be used to redeem exclusive products in the QNET Redeem eStore. BONUS: For all you people out there worried that you cannot accummulate the required 3,000 BV's, QNET has introduced the early payout. The Early Payout plan applies only to Cycle 1, Step 1 of any Qualified and Activated Independant Representative and is paid according to the commission schedule. Here is how it works; If a new IR acquies their first 1,000 BV on both the left and right side of their tree by either directly reffering people or through retail purchase, they are paid USD 50 in commissions. Another 1,000 BV on both sides of their tree (TC table of left and right) earns them another commission of USD 50. If they yet again accummulate another 1,000 BV on both sides of their tree, they will earn USD 100, which brings the total earned income to USD 200. This also ends their 1st step commission cycle. (NOTE: The above example illustrates the payout to IR's under the Bronze Star Rank) There you have it, all the key features you need to know about QNET's enhanced Step Commission. Role Of Up-Line And Why They Earn Commissions

QNET: Role Of Up-Line And Why They Earn Commissions "Why should my up-line earn from my hard work when he/she doesn't help me in my business? If my upline stops working their business but still earns income from my hard work, doesn't that count as extortion/theft?" I was once asked this question by a prospect who was looking to join as an Independent Representative of QNet. You too may be asking yourself this question. Today I will try to shed some light on this topic. It is true that in QNet, anyone in the business can stop running their business and still earn an income. By stopping I mean that they either decide that all the hard work they have put into their business is enough for it to "run" by itself or they quit altogether because they do not feel satisfied with the business. Whatever the case may be, as long as their account is still active, they are entitled to earn commissions.
What is an active account? As you may know, upon signing up with QNet as an Independent Representative, you are provided with an account, or as it’s known in QNet, a Virtual Office. To keep your new virtual office open, you are required to pay $10 every year. This means that if you do not pay the annual fee on time, you forfeit any commission your business earns for you after the closing date. You can still access your virtual office but you will have limited access to it not until you pay the annual fee. Any commissions earned during this time of account closure are forfeited and if you do pay the annual renewal fee later on, all commissions earned during the inactive period will be lost. You will start earning commissions after the renewal date. How is this important? As I have mentioned above, if your upline is satisfied that all his/her hard work is sufficient for the business to run itself, by this I mean that they are no longer required to put in all their time into building their business, and they keep paying their annual renewal fee, that upline will earn commissions. Notice I used the statement "all their time". They will still need to put in some of their time to work and maintain their business but they do so at their choosing and when their help is required. If however your upline up and quits their business, their account will be terminated by QNet and they will no longer be eligible to earn commissions. There are two ways this is done. If they quit and no longer pay their annual renewal fees, their account will no longer be active. Also if they inform QNet that they have opted out of their business, QNet permanently closes their account. What happens to you, the downline, if this happens? Well, you as the downline will be assigned a new upline. In most cases you are placed under your upline's upline. Why should your new upline benefit from your hard word? For one, it's because of their hard work that you finally joined QNet. Remember, they joined first, introduced your old upline who later introduced you to the business. Secondly, and more importantly, they are running their business. You are their business. You may not know this but your upline does more for you than you imagine. Depending on the size of their network, they will sometimes place their new downlines under you. The more commitment they see from you as you run your business, the more downlines they place under your care. They help you when you get stuck running your business. They train you when they learn something new that could help you in your business. Your upline is your mentor. The QNet business runs on teamwork. Unlike traditional business, you are never alone in your QNet business. Whoever is in your team benefits from your hard work just as you benefit from theirs. There is a common misconception that the QNet business is only about selling products. This is not true. The QNet business is also about building relationships. Once a product has been sold, it's the duty of the up-line to, put it quite simply, make you as successful as he/she is, because the more successful you are, the more success they gain. It is a win-win situation for everyone. I hope that this explanation has helped answer this question. If you have any other questions pertaining to this topic or any other topic about QNet, please feel free to post your question below. If you have any feedback or comment about what you have read here today, feel free to post them below.

Built slowly by lasting wealth

Slowly Built but last wealthy

One thing I have noticed with many people that I have spoken to is that they seem to be looking for that winning lottery ticket. They have no concept of what it really takes to become successful in network marketing. I have had to tell some prospects not to even think about joining my business because they were not ready and would ultimately fail! A network marketing business is a long term business and just like any business it takes time! And I have no time for the whiners and complainers! People like these will only bring any business down.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/IUwD0kfSCcU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Some people join QNET with the perception that they are going to get rich by pushing a button!

They think they will be successful within their first few weeks and even more hilarious they think they will talk to 10 people or even less and hit it big.  Sometimes it is not their fault that they think like this! That is why it is super important that a sponsor such as myself does not make false promises to get them to join.

As a sponsor it is my job to inform my new recruits that they are going to have to work their business like it’s going out of style. It is so important that i get my prospects to see the same vision as i or their own unique vision. It’s important for me to find out their WHY in their business and if they are joining to have a hobby or if they want to earn serious money. Once i find this out then I need to ask them how far they would like for me to push them.

I do not know how many times I have been absolutely blown away by people in my business  I thought wouldn't make it that turned out to be ROCK STARS! It’s almost like the one’s you think are going to do it, never do and the one’s you think won’t, always do! You may even notice this trend as you continue through your growth in your business. Look at me for example I was probably the worst recruit ever!

I told my sponsor as soon as I joined QNET not to expect me to sell anything!

This was 4 years ago! I really wanted nothing to do with the networking part or the retail part! I told my sponsor point blank I would only consume the product and in the rare occasion that I should find a recruit, I would send them his way. Those were my exact words! Obviously I changed my mind as you can see.

Sadly this lottery mentality is very common in the network marketing industry. I have seen people jump from one opportunity to another all the time. Little do they know that there are three things that will bring them success in any network marketing business they choose. These are;

Making a decision to become successful. Not for the next month but for the long term! This is key! Think long term and think where you want to be in the next year to 5 years.

Investing in your skill set and taking action! This means being coachable and finding the right sponsor to coach you.  Find someone that has what you want!

Focus, Focus, Focus! Need I say more! Don’t go out and join a bunch of stuff this will actually make you very unsuccessful.

QUESTIONS:

  1. Have you made your decision yet?
  2. Have you decided to be successful?
  3. Have you decided to invest one to two years of your life to becoming successful?
  4. Have you decided to be coach-able and learn as much as possible?
  5. Have you decided to never give up?

You should know by now that your success is not dependent on others! The only thing a sponsor such as myself owes you is the opportunity!

I used to feel bad when people would quit or say they are going to if they were not seeing the results they want!

I have grown a lot in my business and realized that the most important thing I can do is get someone going or get them going! That second part means NEXT! I do not waste my time with people that are short sighted because I know that the only thing I can do is inspire them. Whether it be through coaching and or doing. I only give to those and assist those that are serious about being successful in their business and I understand that success for anyone does not happen overnight.

I am not lucky! My sponsor does not do everything for me! I sure as hell didn't get to where I am by complaining or threatening to give up! I did it because I have invested in my skillset. I went through the struggles in the beginning and I decided to become successful. I persisted, I think positive, I know what I want and will stop for nothing until I get it! I have the passion and excitement! And most importantly I believe in all that I do! I believe that what I have is a gift! It is precious and life changing! I know that the million dollar check is on it's way!

So with all this being said do you see why I have no problem showing someone the door.

If you are thinking of joining me in QNET and plan not to talk to at least 1 or 2 people a day on the phone, at home, at work, via email, in transit, while shopping, getting your hair done (you get the point) about your new business you will never ever make it.

Success is never an accident! Success is a choice followed by action!

I would rather a person quit now rather then later before I invest more of my time into them. I work with those that value my time because my time is worth millions to the right person. This is because of the amount of time and energy I have invested into increasing my skillset. People seek me out because they want what I have! This is attraction marketing at it’s best and why I love it so much!
